Worth 1000 - 30 Day Sept '14
Take a photo a day for all of September 2014 for Worth 1000 30-Day Challenge .
My theme is related to Bridges that I traverse in my daily commute. As the month rolls on I'll have to move into aspects of each I choose ... but we'll see how it pans out. I have to deal with approx 10 days travelling toward the end of the month that will make sticking to a pattern difficult.
This is my first challenge outside my Astrophotography hobby, so I expect robust constructive feedback will be required.
Good luck to all giving this a go!

on September 14, 2014Curvature from distortion is an easy fix. In PS, just go to Filters and you can do it either by choosing Lens Correction or, if you have Photoshop CC, you can go into the Camera Raw filter and find the distortion slider there, too. I do it in Camera Raw when I open my pictures. I don't use Lightroom, but I understand the sliders are similar to Camera Raw, so I'm sure you can fix it there manually, too, if the Lens Correction filter doesn't automatically recognize your lens. Either way, it's a very quick tweak.. :)

on September 28, 2014Thanks MML... but I'm none the wiser after you attempted explanation. I would hardly claim any finesse at this at this early stage.

on September 20, 2014To clarify for Kimbo, Like a Boss, is a catchphrase often used in image macros or GIFs that feature a person completing an action with authority and finesse. Maybe that phrase is not common where you are... but now on to the individuals photos....

on September 18, 2014Thanks Kim, and the contemporary vernacular is Manager, not Boss, which has connotations of a command and control hierarchy! Surely, not what you intended?

on September 16, 2014As at day 16, this poster is looking fantastic! So sorry I haven't been available to comment every day as I'd like, but I have been checking in from time to time, and your theme is really developing well. Like a BOSS, as they say! ;-)
