M83 - NGC5236 - Southern Pinwheel Galaxy - 29/1/2021 (Processed stack)

Imaged from suburban Leeming with the Full Moon in the sky. Main purpose was a test run of the NEQ6 Pro mount's replaced mainboard.

Also an experiment with Light Polution filter. Blue channel background high due to the Moon, so worth a dark sky retry.

EQMOD EQASCOM with Ascom 6.5 for mount control. Backyard EOS Pro 3.2.0 for Image acquisition. Mount - Skywatcher NEQ6 Pro. Guidescope - Orion ShortTube 80 with Starlight Xpress SuperStar (Mono) CCD Auto Guider and Open PHD Guiding PHD2 auto guiding software.
